The American Theological Library Association relocated their Headquarters to 200 S. Wacker. This relocation involved high density storage and archive shelving, along with a data storage system all custom made for their use.    

Langehaumer’s experience includes great projects such as Lipman Hearne. The full floor build out at 200 S. Michigan has stood the test of time and still functions and looks fantastic.  

Langehaumer Construction was hired by DANB to build an office space for the Dale Foundation at 444 N. Michigan. The finishes were tied into the adjacent DANB space for continuity.

Langehaumer Construction was selected as the General Contractor to build the 5th Floor Spec suites for Jones Lange LaSalle. The 14,000 sf project included common areas as well as individual spec suites for the Leasing team.    

Metlife required the reconfiguration of their phone and data distribution for the existing 500,000 sf facility in Aurora Illinois. Langehaumer built out new IDF closets on all Five floors and installed new HVAC / Temperature controls and new distribution for the facility.  

Gozdecki & Del Giudice relocated their office to One East Wacker. The build out included private offices as well as conference rooms and open office areas. Langehaumer was called on to build an expansion to the original build out for Gozdecki, Del Giudice & Americus. This expansion at One East

Langehaumer Construction worked with Architect TVS Interiors and Construction Manager CBIZ Gibralter to build a new Corporate Office space for ORC Software at 190 S . LaSalle.
