New offices and viewing rooms were constructed for Smith Research at their Chicago facility at 150 E. Huron. Sound transmission and visual esthetics were a priority for this focus group / research study facility.

Langehaumer Construction was hired by Elevance to relocate thier lab and offices to a new 80,000 sf facility in Woodridge Illinois. 30,000 sf of the space was built as open office use. In addition, LCI was chosen to facilitate the Design and Construction of the 80,000 sf Lab & Research
